We are very competitive with our pricing for the Houston area and feel you get what you pay for both in taste and experience. Our decorating and baking staff is well seasoned with many years of experience. We only hire the very best decorators and make a point of staying up with trend and popular techniques used by the professional baking industry.

Complete the form below. Please allow 24 hours for a response. We do complimentary cake tastings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-6pm, Fridays 10am-2pm. We also offer select Saturday morning appointments to accommodate work and travel schedules. Please allow about an hour for your consultation and we ask that no more than 6 attend your tasting. (bride, groom and both sets of parents if need be)

We use our very own signature buttercream frosting and also a fluffy whipped icing for the Bavarian Cheesecake. Years of development have gone into making this a very delicious and creamy frosting in both vanilla and chocolate.

If you are booked with a venue where the cake is part of your package, there is no deposit. You will only be responsible for those items that you add that may be an upcharge. Ex: sugar flowers, diamond lace banding, fondant work etc. All other client deposits are only $100.00 to save your date.

Absolutely. We take great effort in making notes and drawings to insure the cake design is exactly what you want. The contract will also have contact information and day of information for delivery time and address, as well as location of the cake placement. We only use professional decorators to deliver our cakes. Each decorator also travels with an “emergency kit” should something unexpected occur.

The rule of thumb is: The more you offer, the more your guests are most likely to take. If you are planning a wedding for more than 150 guests, we will make suggestions on how to incorporate more than one flavor for your cake.

Absolutely! We recommend your florist provide and place the flowers on your cake, however if you are having a more casual wedding without a professional florist, we are happy to place the flowers on your cake. Flowers should cut with the at least 2” of stem left on the flower and ends taped. Most clients request their florist to place the flowers on the cake. You will simply provide a picture of your cake and they take care of the rest.

We are happy to add specific detail to any cake. The price for such items is reflective to the design and size of the request.

At the consultation, you will have the opportunity to taste our signature Bavarian Cheese Cake as well as our traditional Vanilla and Chocolate Cake. If you are considering a different flavor, please note that in your appointment request so we can have the flavor available. We are a custom bakery, we do not have every flavor available on any given day.

You are more than welcome to change whatever you want as long as we have the final head count, flavor and design two weeks prior to your event. Changes made may affect the cost of the cake depending on what changes are made from your original contracted design. Changes made less than 14 days will be subject to a $50 fee to accommodate the request. We make every effort to call two weeks prior, however, it is your responsibility to turn in your final serving amount.

Absolutely. We have a trusted source for cake toppers, however if you want to provide your own, please have it sent to the bakery 2 weeks priors so we can insure that it will fit on the cake and be supported properly.

We can do all kinds of 3-D cakes, however due to the nature of the labor intensity and time; there is a substantial charge to accommodate the time it takes to create these designs. We also do many sculptures in Rice-Krispy and Styrofoam to achieve the look you are going for. Depending on the design and budget, we can come up with a competitive bid to achieve both servings and design.

Our traditional cake freezes very well. It is up to you if you want to continue with the memorable tradition. When ordering a Bavarian Cheesecake with more than 100 servings, we will gladly make you a free fresh cake on your anniversary, as our Cheesecakes don’t freeze well for that period of time.

We deliver to Houston and surrounding areas. Depending on your location and the time of day will depend on the delivery fee. As Houston mileage does not typically equal travel time, we take into account what freeways and time of day will be required to travel. Cakes are usually delivered 2 hours prior to your ceremony time.

We gladly do cupcakes and also offer wraps and picks for an additional charge. The cupcakes are the same price as our single serving pieces of cake. Depending on the artwork requested, there may be an additional charge.

Not necessarily. If you have already tasted our cakes at an open house or bridal show and have chosen a cake design that is featured on our website, just let us know which one you want and how many people you are having with your preferred flavor and we can email the contract. Done and done!

All payments are due two weeks prior to the event, unless you are a corporate client. If you prefer to make monthly payments, arrangements can be made for that as well.

We can accommodate size requests by adding a faux (fake) layer to your cake. Depending on the detail of your cake, there may be additional charges.
