Charcuterie (also called a grazing station) is perfect for your cocktail hour! Each table is truly a custom set up with gourmet hand cut boards and additional décor.

We include an attendant to help with refill and maintain best serving practices. Depending on the amount of servings will determine the amount of variety to provide the best possible presentation and delicious options.

• Meats: may include pepperoni, pastrami, prosciutto, peppered salami
• Cheeses: Brie, Cheddars, Gourmet varieties, cheese blocks, goat cheese, Jalapeno Jack, Swiss- a combination of soft and hard cheeses.
• Assorted buttery and grain crackers, fig/gourmet spreads, olives, sweet and dill pickles and dried fruits
• Decorated set up, clear plastic plates, white beverage napkins, plastic forks and an attendant for up to 2 hours. Larger events may require two attendants.

Includes seasonal fruits as in strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, melon, and seedless grapes with assorted cheeses of Cheddar, Marble, Jalapeno Jack, Monterrey and Swiss, assorted crackers, decorated set up, plates, napkins, forks, and an attendant for up to 2 hours.

Includes Queso fountain as well as a chafer of queso (for those not patient enough to dip their chips…they can scoop!), Mild Salsa, Pico de gallo, Pickled Jalapeno’s, Mango and Raspberry salsas, sour cream, & Crispy tortilla chips.

Also includes decorated setup, and an attendant up to 3 hours (we can also do this station without the fountain)

 

Pretzel station – Includes pretzel display, large gourmet pretzels, yellow mustard, ground mustard, cinnamon sugar, Queso, pretzel bags, signage, and 2 attendants for up to 2 hour serve time.

Popcorn station – includes 4 flavors of popcorn: Butter, Cheddar, Tuxedo, Caramel
Mix-ins – assorted mixed nuts, Chex mix, M & M’s, Reese’s Cereal, Fruit Loops
Paper or poly bags and ties, decorated set up, and an attendant for up to 4 hours

Donut bars/displays and walls are a fun trend and is perfect for any event. Consider a donut display topped off with a perfect small 6” round cake for the traditional cake cutting! There are so many Options! Donut Bar/Station also includes chocolate, caramel and strawberry syrups, assorted sprinkles, chopped peanuts and coconut and whipping cream with attendant.
